Virgin Mobile Porting Difficulties

    Anyone have any suggestions to encourage VM to release my cell number for porting?

    Port request was made to TMobile 6 days ago with no success. The number was originally ported to TMobile in March, '11. Now Virgin Mobile is saying it is an "Administrative Number" and not portable. Today they discontinued my incoming and outgoing calls and also discontinued my Voice Mail.

    Any suggestions?
