text message alerts vs personalized ringtones

    Is there a way to get my red Razor v3m to not play someones whole personalized ring tone when they text me? It's driving me crazy!!

    I don't think there's a way to set a personalized text alert for a contact on the V3m. At least I can't find it. However, if you're referring to the general alert, it's Menu > Ring Styles > Detail > Inbox.
