The Nokia 9300 is a GSM network phone. US Cellular uses a CDMA network, like Verizon, Sprint, and Alltel. GSM network carriers are AT&T, T-Mobile, Cellular One and other small providers.

You would not be able to use this phone with US Cellular. Different cellular network technologies which are completely incompatible.

If you're in East Tennessee you'll only be able to use AT&T.
