Hello all, I had a Metro account for a while, but when I went over seas for a while on business it pretty much was useless to a point. I was there for over three months however. What I would like to know is this, along with an additional added question. Do I have to open or start a completely NEW account? And; if so is it possible to take another number from one of my other phones and have them transfer it? I know with brand new starting accounts you can have a number transferred, but with lapsed accounts over 90 days are you now no longer in the system or are you stuck with the original Metro number you once had. That or they give you a new one and you can not transfer a number from another carrier? I hope that didn't sound gibberish? Thanks!
It is possible to retart your service And transfer your service. Take a copy of your latest cell bill and your Metro phone to a Metro store and start a NEW line. If service is PREPAID currently, call your CURRENT PROVIDER and ask for the ACCOUNT and PASSWORD and take it with you to the store.
