    Cannot figure out how to program this phone... Model number NTLG 300GB,
    with "SOS" in lower right corner............. What's up?

    If you are trying to use the Net 10 LG 300G phone with MetroPCS, it will never work. MetroPCS uses CDMA network technology (does not use a SIM card), whereas the LG 300G uses GSM network technology (with a SIM card), so the phone is incompatible with MetroPCS's network.

    Two different and incompatible technologies.
