Message Box Empty

    tracfone LG
    Wireless Provider(s):
    Tracfone
    I have an LG tracfone, but after originally working OK, can no longer retrieve my Voicemail messages.

    It says:
    "Voice Mail
    3 New Voice Mail
    Voice Mailbox #:
    Press [Send] to listen."

    Then when I press [Send], I get Beep &:
    "Voice Mailbox#:
    is empty"

    On several occasions, I have phoned Tracfone, and after over an hour they have unblocked my mailbox, but I still cannot receive new voicemail messages
