Computer sync

    SKY Elite P55Max--Android 11 GO edition. Cannot get this phone to sync w/ computer. Comp. says "drivers up to date". (??) [Windows 10]. Phone is in MTP mode.(file transfer). Any idea what I must do to sync this phone(y)? Believe me I know....this is a LOW end phone w/ a LOW end op. sys.

    I had posted an answer, but for whatever reason it's "awaiting moderator approval"??? Here's the reply I had tried to post; Thanks for replying: OK, don't ask me why. Just a few minutes after posting the thread starter, I switched from MTP to USB tethering (which didn't work) and then back to File Transfer (MTP) and it synced up. Make any sense to you?:confused: BTW....SKY devices help...same as dealing w/ G'ovt!
