My friend has Boost this month... I say this month, because next month he is switching. Boost drops calls every few minutes and it can take hours of repeated dialing to connect again. We suspect Boost or the carrier they buy bandwidth from, is bumping calls to give priority to higher paying customers. Why would anyone buy Boost? It is a real piece of :censored:

Boost is Nextel's prepaid unit, so they operate on the same iDEN network. Maybe the new $50 unlimited calling plan has increased usage on their network, which is affecting calls. The Nextel iDEN network hasn't been what it used to be for some time now.
